Can anybody help as I get the above error. Replaced the thermocouple and heater cartridge but get the above. I have checked the wiring but no luck. Tried customer support but no joy. Would really appreciate some good instructions on what to try next as my son needs to print some more items.
It could be the main board going out. You might see if you can update the firmware and do a reset.
