After recent nozzle clean I’ve found that the build plate won’t level. It keeps on telling me to tighten the screws but I can’t and it keeps on telling me the gap is too small no matter what I try I can’t make the gap any bigger. It recently levelled easily and with out issue but now I can’t get it right? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just level it manually. Never trust that little circuit board level spring myself. Just start a print and soon as the head starts to move from pre-heat position turn the machine off. Now just use a piece of paper and level manually. Never fails

Flashforge Finder. That’s what you were asking about weren’t you? Also have 2 x Dreamers and a Creator Pro

You could also try running the Extruder Calibration option in the Settings menu and adjust the Z position there.

you could also look into replacing the springs and or printing some washers to give some extra space

I’m actually having the same issue. When I try to adjust the Z distance on the printer or on the PC via USB, it doesn’t seem to apply, when I start the bed level again, the Z axis goes all the way up pushing the probe to almost the max and even then I still get the “distance is to close.” I’ve contacted Flashforge, but I bought this printer unopened from someone else and therefore the warranty may be voided per the person that sold it to me.
