So far, smaller Prints have worked without any issues (1x1x1 cube), however, a 7x5x3cm plate just does not work.
Also other objects lead to issues! I print all files from the local memory as I heard USB leads to problems.
It always stops and tells me that there is a "filament error“. Then it pauses and goes back to the home location of bed and head.
When i go to filament settings and click on „load“ the filament prints perfectly fine.
On the print itself the leveling seems fine and nothing is in the way.
I also checked the filament roll at the back and it is moving perfectly fine. Sometimes just taking the filament cartridge out and back in without anything else solves the issue for a minute of printing and then the same error.
I have no idea why this could be?
This is especially true after the first layer or at the corners/sides of the print.
And always after this first stop the issue increases.
After a lot of playing around I manage to get it back from the pause to printing.
This typically takes 3-5 tries in which the display shows “Pausing, please wait” while it is restarting again.
As you can imagine this is not a long-term solution for me and makes the result quality decrease.
Attached are some pictures.
On picture 2 you can see that it stopped twice before the last because of which i canceled the print and it is always at the side/corner.
