With the ABS provided by Flashforge I got good results with bed at 110°C and extruder at 220°. With ForumFutura ABS i need to set extruder to 240° otherwise the part is very weak.

60mm speed is ok, I can go up to 80mm without any problem.

Maybe check you bed levelling and add raft.

Hi,

As I look at your photos, you almost got it right or close to perfect with that marvin on the top right of the photo. The key is when the print is almost to the top of the head, open the lid and blow air into the build chamber, maybe use a fan, in that way you will give the filament a chance to cool down a bit before the next layer is printed on. Try it, it works on my flashforge. Hope this helps.

Hi there… You have not mentioned what material you used? If you use ABS then the extrusion temp should be around 230 to 235 and keep the bed heated at 110. Make sure to keep the top cover closed and close the front as well.

For PLA extrusion temp should be around 210 and bed should be at 55. Make sure there is plenty of ventilation when printing with PLA.

I suggest since you are having problems generally towards the top of the print, you can manually change the print speed through the settings on the LCD screen. When you are nearing the end, suggest you slow the speed down to around 0.3X (normally the extrusion set by replicatorg or makerbot makerware is around 41 mm/s, so 0.3x would be around 12.3mm/sec.

Good luck…
