I bought a Creator Pro recently, and when I boot it up, it makes no noise, and it gets stuck on this screen. (see attached)
I have tried unplugging everything so that it is just the main board, the LCD control panel, and the power cable left, yet it still does the same thing. The only thing I can think of is a faulty board, and that it needs some sort of firmware flash or recovery. But I cannot find the location of any TF card (like on the Dreamer or Finder) on this printer, and I have not seen any firmware file online for it.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
