Just today, my hotbed refused to heat up. Sensors are good as they are still reporting accurate temperatures. I decided to take a look at the wiring, and I think some of it got fried. I’m honestly no expert when it comes to wiring and need a 2nd opinion!
Someone said they just snipped the wire and soldered directly to the board. Is this a safe, viable option, or should I do something else. I am also no longer under warranty.
I know how to do basic soldering, but I don’t know much about circuits besides the basics.
Any help would be appreciated!
