I had a major filament jam which I have fixed. I am able to load and unload the filament now with no problem. However, when I start a new job, I get a Filament Error message and the printer stops. Help. What is happening and how do I fix it?

I am having the same issue today.
Major blockage - cleared, Load and unload works, but printing imediately pauses with the “Filament Error” Message. Turning off the check in the settings causes the print to procede with 0 extrusion.

I guess the fillamant sensor is broken/blocked but where is it and how do we clear/replace it?
Thank you

Hi… I’ve just started having problems with filament error with Flash Forge Guider 2s. Filament nozzle has been cleaned and extrudes ok. Firmware is up to date. Has any one found the answer please.

I just solved my problem with Flash Forge Guider 2s. You’ve got to make sure the filament is fed thru that black tube provided and connected to the head. Doesn’t seem to like filament fed thru without it. Hope that helps some of you …cheers
