Firmware update failure

My computer crashed during firmware update . After reinstalling XYZware the printer is unrecognised by the software.
I tried "update firmware " and i’m getting an error message “communicate to printer has time out occurs”
any advice ?

If you crashes against update it’s not possible to reinstall a xyz firmware , but is maybe possible to reinstall a other firmware “repetier firmware xyz printer” search on Google to match your printer.
