I have the X-one printer and it has worked perfectly up until it stopped producing the filament, but kept moving like it was still printing it. I’ve tried removing the filament and replacing it and running a small print but it still won’t work. Any ideas?

No filament comes out during a load filament? If so then it is clogged.
If it does load ok then check the filament path for any obstructions or binding of the filament.
What is the filament and temps you are using?
So I’m using the bright orange ABS that came with the printer, heat set to 220 for nozzle and 110 for the bed, the filament loads ok, and when I try to print something it pulls the filament in and out like it’s trying to use it, but then it just doesn’t… I have no idea what binding of the filament is or how to check that it has happened. There are also no obvious obstructions in its pathway, would it be something with the nozzle?
Ok, I would go 230 for ABS. So it loads and extrudes ok but not when printing.
What are you trying to print? What print speed? What slicer (software) are you using?
Well I’ve been using cura, it’s the software that came with the printer and I know that part of it is fine because i haven’t changed anything, I’m literally trying to print the test model robot that cura already had loaded, I followed the instructions with the printer, setting the software to meet the printers settings and I just printed a robot two days ago without any problems. I just changed the heat to 230 but there is still no change I let it pre heat before putting in the filament but still nothing is coming out of the nozzle.
Dumb question but when you put in the filament you are using the load filament tool from the front printer panel correct?
Yes and I just took off the main cover, it seems there were prices of plastic broken off and stuck inside where the filament goes to the nozzle, I cleared them but the end gets stuck at that point. I have no idea what any of these peices are called so I’m gonna attach pictures.
Sounds like it has clogged. Clear out what you can see for filament and then let it heat up to 245 and then try a load and see if it will go. You may have to help the filament feed but don’t force it. If it clogged too high up then it will have to be taken apart and cleared out by hand.
Don’t stay at 245 for to long, maybe a couple minutes at most so not the damage the PTFE tube. It is a white tube inside the extruder nozzle.
