Filament Not Coming Out of Extruder

So I start a print but in order for the filament to come out of the 3D printer I have to push it into the motor. I cleaned the nozzle multiple times but nothing helped.

I also have this problem with one of my 3d printers. But the problem on mine is the ptfe tube in the hotend. It shrunk… Try looking at that.

BTW Did you run your printer with temps above 250C?

Sorry for the late response. I just got this printer. Could the ptfe tube have shrunk in 1 week of not even a successful print? And I have an xyz Dvinci mini 3D printer so I don’t think there is anyway to increase the temperature in the crappy software that came with it.
