I am looking to buy a new printer. The main one I am looking at has a maximum extrusion temp of 270°c. Wat filaments required more than this? pc Is the biggest one for me however some have lower temp ranges. Are the lower temp ones weaker or less quality? Thanks

270 is more than enough for 99% of things you’ll be printing. The average printer has a max temp of about 250C. The lower temp filaments tend to be easier to print (less warping, easier bed adhesion) but are by no means of less quality. The printer that you choose has just as much of an impact on quality as the filament does. Check reviews (like those on 3D Hubs) or online to help you select a printer easier.
