Hi All,
I am struggle to get an even print on my FFCP surface. I heat the bed up to 110 and then run the levelling wizard in Simplify3D.
However, I find the front left corner also comes out low and the front right is always high. When I print the middle of the plate it seems to be almost see-through and fat compared to the edges meaning I have to scrap the plastic off with a scalpel it is so stuck to the plate. Also, there is more of a thinner bead on the left than on the right. Anywhere around the outside of the plate you can pull the first layer off fairly well in one long run but it is stuck ok, but the centre is so difficult it just breaks up if you try and pull it off!!
I would think the centre is high with the right edge, could my table be warped in someway or am I levelling wrong?
Thanks and sorry for create another levelling thread…just it has worked ok up until now…
I would not use the leveling in S3D. Just use the level from the printer control panel. When you adjust, only adjust with the nozzle you will be using directly over each of the 3 adjustment screws one at a time using a piece of printer paper.
