I am looking for the right company who could print my female top in real human size with the perfect filament, that would be flexible and also cheaper overall than AUD $1500. Could someone please recommend me an accurate name of a plastic/nylon or a company that would help me exactly in what I need?

Look up Re3d they are located close to SeaBrook Texas and specialize in making super large format printers and have nylon in stock. https://re3d.org/ The only thing is they make printers and I dont know if they take prints. Whats the dimensions of the top? It is 2 pieces so that should help find a printer capable. if each side is under 11.8" I can do it in tpu possibly.

I may be able to help. I have a printer that will do 24" x 6’ prints, and have successfully printed full sized arms with hands, and legs with feet, in a TPU (flexible filament.) Send an inquiry to my hub. The model would be unprintable in TPU as is, so there will need to be some changes made.

Otherwise I think that I should be able to print it for you in a suitably flexible material and for much less than 1500 AUD including shipping.
I did have a short look at the file that you have attached and it will fit my printer and should be printable in one piece (even though i think it will be much cheaper to split it into a few parts to reduce the necessary amount of support material)
