Hi everyone,
I just add a returning case because it broke when the customer removed it from his phone… I worry because I use the standard parameters for my printer, a Replicator 2.
I also have a Fairphone and tried one… It’s a fact: it is really difficult to remove the case from the phone.
Have you had any issue like that before? I don’t want to send another case to the customer and having the exact same issue (same print process).

I had a crack in my fairphone certification print, after trying and bending it. there seems to be a weak spot by design in the area of the opening for the side buttons. maybe pla isnt the best choice for these cases after all, as it tends to break and shiver more easily than abs for example. an abs testprint of a fairphone case took a lot more bending and stress than the pla version did.
juts printed a case in nylon yesterday, and in my opinion this is the best solution for phone cases in general.

I took my Fairphone Certification case yesterday and stressed it… I hurt myself, but the case remained in a single piece without having a souvenir of the stress test.
I really wonder how my customer broke it.
Anyone else?
