Hello Greg,

You absolutely right for the led explanation.

All those days i was using epic resin with pic100 instructions.

I received the cookbook of epic from envisiontec and the recommended curing process is just 10000 (5000x2).

What is the price of the new led unit of envisiontec’s?

Thanks

Andros

Hey Andros, I am glad you got everything sorted. As i am out of the office all week could you send me an email at gmorakos@lino3d.com and i will be more than happy to provide pricing and lead time! Thanks. Greg

Hello Greg,

Perfect! I’m also waiting the answer of envisiontec’s technician about my oto flash unit diagnosis.

Drying process:
A drying process of parts before post curing is compellingly necessary. The drying process for 30min is recommendable in a Incubator with 37° C. The part can also be dried at ambient temperature, should however stay for at least 6 h with 21° C without humidity.

I never do this process.

Shall i order incubator machine?

Thanks

Good morning Andros, Since the drying process is compellingly necessary but not mandatory i would consider it after seeing the results you get using the cookbook. While humidity affects the part, its different for each country and workspace and does not affect the same the prints and the casting process. Of course if you want to get the best results possible consistently using an incubator would help. Hope this makes sense. Greg

Good morning Greg,

Do you have an incubator to suggest to me?

Thanks

Andros

Hey Andros, Unfortunately no. We have another big unit for postcuring that also heats up the part and are currently working with it in the office. I am certain that if you check with support they will have some recommendation for you. Sorry i could not help more this time. Greg
