Hi all. Something strange is happening wirh my printer. I printed already a lot of stuff on in, but since yesterday there is something failing. The piece that i print starts fine, every layed perfect, but after a few layers, there is something that activates the endstop, then the whole piece fails. Does anyone had this problem? It is strange that after a lot of succesfull printing this suddenly happens. I tested the endstop when homing, there everything works as it should be. Fiy, all parts are original. Thanks for helping me out.

Have you tried disconnecting the endstop after it starts printing to see if it may be a bad switch?
How do you know its the end stop?
If your hardware/software haven’t changed, I’d be looking to the model to see if there’s any issue with that. Can you post pictures of the pieces you’re printing so we can get a better understanding? Likewise if you do think something is physically hitting the end stop, you should do a check of the wires etc on the printer and see if they’re hanging over anywhere that they might twist and hit the endstop.
I am printing the parts for the MPCNC, the problem occured with the mount file.
Because the printer jumpes to another place on the bed, printing the object bit on a different place
Switch has been disconected now, a print is bussy, i will check if something happens now
I am thinking that because of vibrations the switch activates himself. Considering now on turning the switch upside down.
to remove some vibrations, I’d recommend using Wanhao Duplicator i3 (Plus) dampeners for AzzA's Z braces by docpayce - Thingiverse, if you have z-braces installed.
Also, you can switch out your bearings to quieter, less noisy ones, which would reduce vibrations, like lm8luu, lm8uu, or igus drylin.
As i supposed, it was the endstop that activated himself due of vibrations. I turned the switch upside down, everything working fine now. I thank you all for helping me out.
I think the real trouble lies in the end stop hardware. And this is what is causing the vibrations to occur.
