Hi,

I have recently got a Raiser3D N2 Plus. I have done very basic prints to start but now want to start using the dual extrusion so I can print in different materials ect. Currently I am using both PLA as my model material and my support/ raft. When I print my nozzles are printing in different positions, it almost seems like they think they are on top of each other rather than them actually being a couple CM apart. Please look at the picture to get a better understanding of what I mean…

The red PLA is my support/ raft and then yellow is my actual model. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have asked for help from Raiser3D in which I am very disappointed with the lack or NO help they have given me. Thanks for any help in advance.
