Tried to print with both extruders but the left nozzle is too high and fails to lay the filament to the plate, right nozzle is perfect. What do I do? Can I adjust it and how?

What type of printer are you using? My best guess is that your bed needs to be re-leveled if one side prints higher than the other.

It is a CTC Dual Printer (Replicator2/Makerbot clone). The bed has been levelled and with the right extruder works perfectly all over the bed.

When was the last time you used the left extruder? Beds can become un-leveled over time either by how a print is removed or by moving the printer from manufacture to store to home.

I had a similar issue before with my powerspec ultra. It is a dual and when I added a printinz plate to the bed I noticed the right side printed higher than the left side. After I re-leveled the bed both the right and left extruder print now at the correct height. I would recommend re-leveling the bed. Just because printing with one side is excellent doesn’t mean your bed is leveled.

Thanks for your help, unscrewed the fans and dropped the left extruder by about 1.5mm. Levelled the bed and perfect.

Found a video on youtube showing how…they made comment that the CTC people don’t expect you to want to use it as a dual extruding printer. Lol.

Trying the two together today, I hope it works.
