Hello I am new here in 3d hubs, I’m in trouble with my lamp (use limit has run out) there is only one way to change the bulb and not the whole grid?
Did this procedure but the TAG is invalid … is there a way to disable the TAG?

If you disable it, you will loose the warranty on the projector. I had learned of one guy who tried to use lamps used in movie projectors and ended up with an explosion damaging optics. Not sure why you are in trouble if all you have to do is buy one

I’m not sure how to disable TAG. But I have an expert to help me. This saves a lot of possibilities. If you want to disable Tag You would not warranty it.

Hello! I can disable TAG on Perfactory mashines. For example, my perfactory has been operating for more than 5000 hours without requiring activation of the lamp. I only replace a lamp. The warranty is not broken. If there are any questions please contact me: perfactory@bastgroup.ru

Any hints how to disable TAG or reset the lamp hour-counter?

It is illegal to disable and we will not warranty or support the machine under such circumstances
