Hi I saw in my hub that there is different levels/ranks. Im currently rookie. What discount do you get at each tier?

- Activation order completed = 10% discount (Good work! you’re here)
- 5 orders completed = 15% discount
- 25 orders completed = 20% discount
- 100 orders completed = 25% discount

No worries, just off the filament from colorfabb, Have a few rolls and really like their stuff so I would recommend it! Even if you only get the sample packs as a nice test of materials or just random colours. Just need to wait for your first test order to complete and voucher will appear on your hub page
Hi George, indeed there are several hub levels, which vary depending on the number of completed orders. Basically you have:
Newbie - hubs with 0 orders, which are hubs that haven’t been verified yet
Rookie - 1 orders
Starter - 5 orders
Intermediate - 25 orders
Professional - 125 orders
Master - 500 orders
And then you have the @ColorFabb discounts mentioned by @pierceyuk, which apply also to various number of orders.
