Hi Derius,
I am not an expert for your bussines so all I can suggest is to try postcure your prints if you haven’t already.
I have never tried a castable resin yed but I believe it could also be hardened with postcuring on direct sunlight or in UV oven.
Hi. I have a Form 1+ and use the castable resin regularly. I developed my own casting setup in my garage which has been very successful when using the 3D printed castable parts. As was mentioned earlier, you do need to UV post-cure the resin after printing (about 2 hours in a UV oven). There are multiple ovens available online if you are willing to spend some money. What I ended up doing (because of my DIY nature and lack of money) was to build a simple box and put inside some 405nm LEDs. I can document my design and fabrication if you would like. After the post-cure, it is sufficiently hard for handling and casting. I am assuming that you are using the resin in a casting setup? Hope that helps.
