Hello,

I haven’t used the 3D printer for a while (also the head was disconnected for a while) and now I’m unable to print. It is not able to move in the Z direction, not able to do levelling. It stays in the Home position.
When I load a file, the bed heats, also the head heats, but it doesn’t move down.
Then I pulled down the head manually to see if the motors were a problem, and did a Z-home it worked and the head went up again.

Please let me know what I should do?
