Hey everyone! I am having some trouble with my K200 delta. I received an auto leveling kit with my printer and I hooked it. In repetier i checked that it works via the M119 command. Then I started the procedure for leveling my print bed via G29 command (also tried G32) and for some reason ever time it says fatal error with the printer. Another thing is in the program I can move the printer head on the X/Y axis but for some reason it refuses to do anything on the Z-axis. Any help is much appreciated.

No i didn’t but customer support finally contacted me and said the problem must be with the soft socket (the probe) so they sent me another one. its been 2 weeks and i still didn’t get it. i really regret buying this because everything seems to be working but the auto level doesn’t…
Ok I found out the solution. First i had to go to printer settings/printer shape and there set home y x and z to max instead of min. Then in the upper left hand i went to Config and in there to Firmware Eeprom Configurations. In there find Z-max length and if it is 0 there is your problem. It controls how much the z axis is allowed to move. change that from 0 to the max print height of your printer in my case 300
