If an order has a deadline of April 3rd and I complete it April 1st but the customer doesn’t pick it up until April 5th is this a mark against me?

Hey wirlybird,

I would maybe ask the customer if he is ok with you setting the order as picked up before he picks it up due to that situation. If not, you can just explain the situation to him, and he will probably come up with an idea.
