The print head was clogged. I took the printhead out and removed the aluminum shaft and hotend
With the clogged removed, I reattached the hotend. The filament will not load. It seems the filament will not pass through. Is there an orientation of the hotend? Thank you for your help. Pat
You may not have it in the right spot. Pull up the lever and reposition the extruder so it’s closer to the front of the machine. It happened with my duo, I swore it was in tried that a few times even. Finally I pulled it out and put it back in and it seated properly.

you sure all the filament ar removed from the hotend , i use always a metal dril 2.5mm to dril the filament away… i drill ± 20mm deep .
