Hey folks, My siblings and I just got our first 3d printer for Christmas. The first few prints we did came out great, but now it won’t work. A little filament comes out, but not enough to do the printing, and the spools don’t move at all even after several minutes of “printing”. The filament autoloads, but very slowly. I have: -cleaned the feeder gears with the provided brush and compressed air -played with the z offset (origionally set at 2.58mm, still there right now) -calibrated (a few times) -removed and replaced the spools of filament (several times) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

I have also cleaned the extruder nozzle
It sounds like a programming issue or just a bad gear motor? you may want to contact XYZ.
Is the extruder heating a properly? if not you may also have a clog. I would also recommend trying using canola oil dip the a part filament in just a bit you don’t need much. and then put it in extruder that usually helps to unfixed clogs also look in the to printing a filament Oiler
Best of luck

You’ve pretty much covered it. I second the recommendation to contact XYZ. You may have a failed unit.
