Here is how I calibrate my machine. I hope I gave some insight or just showed there can be different ways to calibrate your machine.

I forgot to put my video link in the top

So I tried this and now my repetier software is unaware where my printing head is located, I tried home-ing the printer after that and it started colliding with the walls and the bed.

Hmm, thats really strange since we didn’t change any settings in repetier. I’m not sure the reason you are having that issue.
