Only just found the “Academy” pages about helping with “hubbing”. Useful resources for people who need to know things.

One thing I spotted which I didn’t figure out was in the “Customer retention” section Knowledge base | Hubs. It advises you to invite repeat customers by linking them to your hub profile. How and where would you do this - I couldn’t figure it out?!

Hi Steve,

Maddie here from 3D Hubs.

One way would be to simply send them a link to your Hub profile so that they could save it. Additionally, you could let them know that they can “favorite” your Hub for easy access in the future.

Ahh right, ok. I thought from the wording that there was some kind of option or task that we could do our side to link users to our hub. No worries!
