Hello,

I have a couple of orders that I have finished printing and attempted several times to arrange pick up with customers. I have marked the orders as ready to pick up. They have not responded.

I have printed the pieces and the material has been used.

They have not responded to either messages on here or the marking of the piece being ready for pick up.

What is the action that is taken by the 3dhubs? Is my money lost? I want to get these pieces to the client but they aren’t responding.

In your order page comments you can message the admins, also since you printed the parts and they already paid in sure you will get your pay

No, your money is not lost for sure. We do have an automatic rule that moves the order to completed after 4 weeks after the last comment of the customer.

If you do keep asking for an update and the customer isn’t responding for a long time - feel free to reach out to us through the Help Center and ask us to speed up and complete the order earlier on :slight_smile:
