I have a felix 3.1…this only happens when dual printing. Any ideas?

It looks like your printer settings are wrong in Repetier Host. It is like your x and y axis are switched. The squares for the Y axis should be 20,5 (205mm length) and the X axis 25,5 (255mm length). In your screenshot they are not! Get the axis and end stops settings from Config -> Printer settings -> Printer shape to the default ones because you must have changed them at some point.
Also updating to the latest firmware would be a good idea and reset all settings to Felix printer defaults. When you single print do you connect the printer in repetier host as a single head? That might cause you trouble because of the physical differences/offset the single and dual head mode have. If your physical setup is dual head always connect as dual head and just use one extruder when you want to single extrusion prints.
I hope I have helped. Good luck.

Thank you!!! After fixing those settings I realized I also had a huge negative offset for my second extruder.
