Hello! I have been using my ctc printer for around 9 months now and its been a brilliant printer for the price however I turned it on this morning and set it to pre heat, all went well, I then started a print and the temperature reading was 0 I thought this was usual as sometimes it takes longer to get a reading. However it tried to start a print when the temperature was at 0 I turned the printer off then on again and the selected monitor mode and the temperature for the right says “na/nc” (alternates between the two) I have read before that the thermocouple is prone to failure. but I wanted to make sure it defineitly isn’t working before I take it off, luckily I have the left extruder that works but I wanted to kniw where I could get a new thermistor(I live in the UK) I would prefer to avoid ordering from china as well if possible. All help and advice is much appreciated. Thanks

First of all I would check if the screws on the mainboard are not loose. I have my ctc for 2,5 Years now and over 1000 printing hours and I didn’t have any defect parts so far.

I undid the screws holding the wires in the connectors then tightened them back up again, after switching the printer on it worked so I preheated it, then after two minutes of it being up to temperature it gave me another error
