Hi, does any one have a wiring diagram for the CTC Dual Extruder Printer please?

What do you need to know?
Hi Ian, that’s Perfect thank you… I was getting ready to tease all the wiring out and make my own.
Many thanks. Maybe you might have an answer to another question, as I’m fairly new to the CTC, but not to 3D Printers…
I’m guessing the PID number has all the relevant settings for the Extruder.
That would explain why my Dual extruders have different numbers due to the different Rotation.
I was thinking of using 0.5mm Nozzles, but was wondering how to tell the printer that the nozzle sizes were bigger. On my other printers I use Slic3r, and really happy with it, but for the CTC I’m using the Makerbot Desktop, and I can’t seem to find a setting for the nozzle size.
Many thanks for the Diagram…Perfect (Wanted to wire in a filament cooling Fan, and check the setting of the Extruder Driver Pot. BTW using Sailfish 7.7 here… It’s great… Looking forward to the next release.

You need to solder a mosfet for the extra slot on the ctc boards careful as if you cross two solder pads you will destroy your board, for nozzle sizes download notepad++ and go into makerbot desktop go to custom settings click and profile and click edit with notepad I think or edit it will open a .json file in a text editor not ++ but copy the link for where the file is located and open it in windows explorer and open the .json with notepad ++ and there are your nozzle sizes in there if you need more help and can send photos through messages here brought my hub
Use another software like Simplify 3D. This is a software setting change, not a hardware change. Just like you did with Slic3r fit your other printers. Don’t go messing with the hardware because you’ll get no where.

Unfortunately you’ll get now where like you said to software control the fan you’ll need to install one as there isn’t one stock and that’s the only hardware change
Hi Ian, I’ve just noticed that the Diagram doesn’t seem to be for my printer… Mine hasn’t got the switch on, is 24V, and there was a few other differences I noticed, but the printer is all packed up ready for traveling home (I’m away working at the moment). But thanks for trying to help.
