I am not getting a reply from CTC Printers in China re getting a cost for some spares. specifically stepper moters and cables.
anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Depending on what you need you can look on aliexpress.com. You should be able to source everything from there quite cheaply. But no I’ve always gotten an answer from CTC. I’m contacting them via Skype however, did you mail them or Skype them too?

i have used email to contact them. will try aliexpress.com have used them for other things, but did not think of them for CTC / printer spares.

I’m based in Germany. And i do use aliexpress for almost anything I need for the 3D printer. You can search for makerbot and flashforge too if you can’t find something for the ctc. They are 90% compatible for most of the stuff anyway.
I use uncle chucks 3d printer parts. They carry a lot of parts that fit the printer and he’s in the USA
