hi I’m looking for spare throat and 0.4 mm head for my ctc printer with Teflon tube what can I use as the original on is part smooth with a threaded part at the base to screw into the heater block

Hi, I’m also looking for this, I got a heat nozzle set from ebay but the filament hole is too thin when compared to the one that comes with the printer - the original Teflon tube won’t fit.

I did find teflon tube for sale on ebay as well, but not the matching heat nozzle for the CTC 3D.

Also, the throats listed aren’t the same as the ones in the printer (i.e. smooth cylinder shaped) - the ones on show are mostly screw-types.

Any help on this would be great, thanks!

Hi Russell. Parts are for sale. I need to work out a price for you. I’m away at a trade show tomorrow, but hopefully will get a price to you tomorrow evening if that’s ok. I think the most expensive parts are the botsteps, everything else is quite cheap. Best regards Myles

I’m not to worried about the electronics buddy its the other bits I need at the moment

thanks bud

I ended up buying spare nozzles on ebay, for the MK9 as I have a CTC 3D:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201311328257?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

The nozzle that came in isn’t even the same size as the ones that came with the printer: not as wide and the filament hole is too thin as well.

Did another buy for these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321796094101?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

From the pictures, these seem like the same model, but I’ll let you know once they arrive.

Also, decided to get some PTFE tube http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111513375750?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=410506092329&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Once I have everything I’ll let you know how these compare to the original installed parts.

Yes they should work on a ctc machine as they work on the replicator 1 and they fit the flashforge mk9 machines and it means you can use mk10 nozzles which are better don’t know how but bigger number = better
