Hi ctc ers, I have been using my ctc printer for 45 hours in total now and I’ve been getting problems, when preheating for a print or filament feeding it goes to a round 225oC and fluctuates between this and 2 or 3 degrees lower so never gets to the target temp. I’ve bought a wanhao heater cartridge but this is slightly bigger than my heater blocks so in my haste I thought id drill it to accommodate it via taking it off, no I’ve knackered my thumb drilling it but that another story. So I gave up, now I’ve found this great forum and hopefully people can help me with this problem. Can anyone tell me if this is a cartridge or thermocouple problem or would it be PSU or board problem. It seems this problem is on both extruders but I did get my left one feeding after trying thermal grease in the heater tube. Can any one help please thank you
