So far my default extruder is the right extruder. However, I am having problems with my right extruder and would like to use my left extruder. The instructions aren’t clear from the manual and I can’t seem to find anything in the settings about finding how to switch them. How would I go about using just my left extruder or setting it as the default one?

What slicer are you using? That option is selected there.

You have to change the default extruder in your slicing software.

What slicer? Maker ware the last button in the bottom let’s you choose the extruder. Click on the model then hit the button and change it to the left extruder. On simplify3d in the upper right corner when you’re modifying parameters you ca choose if it’s right, left or both extruders. Hope that helps.

Just set it to left extruder in the slicer.
