Hi guys,

Recently bough a CTC dual extruder 3d printer off Ebay.

Just shipped and i unpacked it and screwed the dual extruder head to its location.

When I turn on the printer it starts by beeping some power on tone and then the LCD display turns into the following picture. If have contacted the seller to check with him waiting for his reply.

But thought someone could have had the same issue and know a solution to it.

It could be helpful so I’m posting this. I sorted it out. It seems that the lcd connector was plugged in the wrong way :wink:

Hi. I have same problem, i changed keyboard, changed motherboard, changed cables around, i still have the garbled screen, did you manage to print ok in the end

Yes - i was able to print both when my lcd display was gibberish (visa usb cable) and when i changed the lcd cables around and the lcd started working.
