CTC printer issues

Hi all,

Not really one to use forums as I like to solve issues with anything myself, but 3D printing is kind of alien to me so why not ask people in the know.

So I have bought a CTC 3D printer and have to say its pretty good. The only real issues I am having is when the model is printing the nozzle seems to press down on the previous printed layer causing the model to warp.

I had an alignment issue before which I think ive sorted but now its pressing so im after a bit of help to set the printer up fully once and for all.

Your inactive nozzle may be lower, you may be over extruding. Without pics out makes it hard to diagnose over the internets
