i have put sailfish 7.7 on again thanks for the help to do that

and its printing better a lot better now i was trying to do a dual print do it keeps failing on the print preview

i have a tool count of 2 in the makerbot software

It might be a problem with your model, rather than your printer. I have up with makerware in the end.
