Hello everyone I have a strange case in hands I bought a CTC Twinmaker to have fun and make some prints, unfortunately the SD card simply doesn’t read. If I put the card formated in ntsf or other more recent formats the printer complains and says that I should format in FAT16, when I format in FAT16 the printer doesn’t show the files, only shows “exit menu”. It look like that the printer is able to read the card, but there’s nothing inside, and with simplify I putted a lot of files in x3g. Printing with USB cable though simplify3d prints perfectly I thought that updating the printer would solve the problem but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to upload any firmware, I tried everything, but it seems that I’m stuck with the 7.4. On the other day I was checking the options in simplify3D and I tried to click on the button “print from SD”, and somehow it read the SD card on the PC and it has every file on the card that I tried before, so I’m reading the card through the USB cable ! Meaning that the hardware is working, the only thing that is happening , is that the screen of the printer doesn’t show the files, only shows the option to exit the card! This is really strange, does someone has any solution or idea for me to try out? Formating cards and try different cards was already done without effect! Again I can read the card on the printer from the PC through the USB cable
Just a silly question. When you see the exit option, have you tried pushing the up or down arrows in the panel?

Yes, but its like there is nothing there, it doesn’t go down or up
So Having the same issue, but got one stem pass that, the SD card is now recognized…now it says " the files are for another bot"??
What software is supposed to be used with this printer?
Any Ideas?
