When i print with it, it seems like it have backlash on either X or Y, because the 45 degree infill is printed in a way where 2 strokes are almost on top of each other and 2 has incresed distance.
The attached picture is produced with other settings than normal to more easy show the problem.
It results in very uneven and holes in the print.
I have attached the bearing support on the 5mm axis - all for supports and thighten the belts.
Anyone has a suggestion? - sliced with simplify3d.
I see a few things off here, but I’m not sure because these are not your normal settings? what slicer are you using? I you suspect some tramming issues as the perimieters of that print do not look compressed down, they look rounded. the infill looks like the noozle is too close, or your grossly over extruding. I know there are many different issues in the print in the right upper corner etc.
I think i am in control of them.
However my question are regarding the infill, distance between strokes in forward and return direction seems offset.
I have tried making a drawing where i illustrate the issue by the black and red set is very close/overlaying, then to the next set there are bigger distance.
It seems to fit with, when i print a calibration square with hole in, i get a backlash in 1 direction of 0,2mm which is half the nozzle size, and my print looks also like half the printed line is overlay-ed, and bigger distance to the next.
But not sure if that is normal… looking at this picture:
I dont know, but that first picture looks as if the nozzle wasn’t close enough to the bed and never stuck. The side that doesn’t have spaces between the lines is closer to the nozzle. You need to tram using a sheet of paper. You might also be overextruding, so increase filament diameter in settings
