Hello, I’ve been printing with the ctc dual for some time now with abs and play, but I’ve ordered some flexi filament and would like to print a shoe of some sort but I have big feet and looks like my print bed is 5 to 10 mm too short diagonally to do it. Question is can I get a bigger build plate if so how would I do this, would I need to fiddle with settings in rep G or makerware. Help much appreciated thank you

You can get a slightly oversized piece of glass, add a shim on your z axis to compensate for it, and print on that.
You should be able to see how much more you can get by moving your print head in x and y to see how much more you can get.
I can print 7x 10.5 on my 6x9 inch platform.
Also, for just 10mm more, you can run tape out over the end of your build plate, and try to print on that. Just for fun.

hiya thanks for the help, so at the moment I am just running a single nozzle due to my other one damaged (waiting on new one as backup), I have a sheet of glass which is 2 or 3 mm bigger than the standard ctc dual bed which is 230mm x 150mm, I only would like to have the bed (let me get this straight newish to 3d printing) longer through the x and y axis width and depth not height, it looks like before it hits the stop out switch itll give me the size I need so would you be able to tell me how I could do this, sorry I don’t think I explained my self better, is there a way of getting rep g to give me an option to input measurements or what ever else another slicer would work? thank you for your time and help
