Hello,
So I’ve been trying to get my 3d printer to work properly for far too long now it prints well and all but I’m having an issue where when I start my prints the printer seems to print at Z=0.3 and its too high off the bed. Although when I level the bed and home it, it’s correct.

I have updated marlin and even tried setting the Z offset there to no joy. I have messed about with Cura start g-code to no joy I’m using octoprint to control the printer and that’s working a joy the only way I can get a print to work is to level the bed then slowly lower the limit switch until the bed is at the right height.

it seems that when the print is started it does the usual home then raises a little bit honestly at my witts end cos I need a part rn any help would be highly appreciated.
