I purchased a Creatbot DX01 printer. I checked a few small prints and they came out great. Benchy and a few models in the USB stick provided with the machine.

However on printing larger models I am facing 2 issues:

1) Layer adhesion to bed and inter layer adhesion. I am using 2.85 mm ABS filament and the standard settings are 0.2 mm layer height, 40 mm printing speed, 245 degree nozzle temp and 100 degree bed temp. No matter how I tweak the setting I cannot get the part to stay fixed to the bed. I used masking tape, glue and combination of masking tape and glue. But no success. Some prints just dont want to stick down. Also layers saperate out after printing.

2) Layer shift. When doing long prints (30-50 hours) everything goes great for first few hours (8 hours or so). Then suddenly there is a massive shift in both X and Y direction. Then the print continues to be good for another 5-6 hours and then it shifts badly again. I read a few columns on the net and checked all the belts and pulleys. I have tightened them adequately. But doesnt work.

Can someone shed light on these 2 issues.
