Hi,

I bought the printer 4 month ago and at the beginning all works and all was okay but the last 2 month it makes hard for me to print :frowning:

I need help with my Creatbot DX dual extruder. It doesn’t print the hole time, sometimes it comes no filament out of the extruder and the engine which pulls the filament sometimes cracks. Furthermore in the model are in the spaces unnecessary threads.
I really hope someone can help me.
