Hi all, we are new to the 3D printing world and have just invested in a CreatBot DX duel for our business. We are going to use it initially to print CCTV sensor housings to be installed on vans (4x external parts with one internal).

Firstly: we don’t have much time to learn and fine tune the DX so if any of you are familiar with the DX, would you mind coming to set this up professionally for us (we are a few miles north of Lichfield) - we will pay for your time and travel. Not sure how “inbox me” works here yet but if it does, please do.

Secondly: could anyone please advise which filament would suit the following scenario (we have opted for ASA UV resistant from rigid.ink)
1. External brackets to fit image sensors (50mm x about 25mm cylinder) allowing the sensor to aim slightly downwards.
2. The printed brackets need to have a gloss finish as the vehicle paint does.
3. They need to be white in colour.
4. As they are going onto vehicles, they need to be pretty tough and if possible slightly flexible.
5. The 3D part will need to be outside most of its life UV resistant or protection must be considered.
6. The part will be on the van for 5 to ideally 7 years and will be subjected to UK weather.
7. Once we have the right filament, how do we smooth it post printing to make it look and feel like a really nice high quality part?
Thanks for all your help
