There are no 3D printer technicians for FDM 3D printers, it’s a DIY community. I have 2 craftbots and when they clog I heat up an Allen key the same size as filament and push it through the top. You have a clogged nozzle which is common and relatively easy to fix. If you have question go to craftbots forums.
It’s a pretty easy process to follow and you don’t really need special tools or equipment. As mentioned by @Gear3D the community already described all the steps to achieve it on the Craft Unique forum
BTW: of course there are technicians to do some work at the CraftBot: most resellers -like me- are capable to replace and solve all problems. Also because of having all spare parts by hand.
I just posted a link with a photo manual how to unclog the hotend of the CB, but it has to be approved by the admin because of the links in it.
But clogs can be solved by:
- pushing with a hex key as gear3D suggests.
- replacing // unclogging the nozzle itself (heating the hotend and unclog with a 0.4mm drill or unscrew the nozzle while heated and replace it with a new one (or burn it clean). Be careful to hold the hotend while unscrewing the nozzle as turning will break the heater cartridge wires.
- removing a clog in the heatsink of the hotend (that’s my post about).
Maybe you can google search for that post with:
