I want to buy Colorfabb new HT filament. Flashforge Creator Pro work with this material?
I’ve used several kinds of filament (ABS, PLA, PLA-Thermosensitive, PLA-Flex, Nylon and wood) on my ffcp, most of them work without issues.
In general for me it seems that all depends on the extrusion temperature for the filament and speed you extract / print it with.
When buying new filament always make sure to test it properly so you have the knowledge of what’s the best temperature and speed that works with that particalur filament. When testing new filament use different temperature settings and raise or decrease the extruder temperature by 5° and the combination of adjusting the speed. so try to find out what works best for your printer and filament and provides the best results that makes you happy.
finally, take care of cooling settings too, an example when i’m using ABS i don’t use cooling at all, while with PLA i use 100% after first layer.
You can find several 3D test objects on thingiverse for properly testing your printer and filaments, including several ones which provides you the different temperature options. For 3D printer testing you might take a look at my thingiverse collection so you have a good base for testing
