Cold extrusion : 3d printing using Tcp

I am having trouble to print 3d scaffolds using TCP. The material collapses. What are the ideal parameters. I am using a cold extruder. Pronterface, Slicr and cura are the softwares. Designed in Solidworks. Height of one layer = 1.2mm
