Hi,

I have a coffee cup lid with modification. I only have the STL file for it. I need a paper coffee cup made to match, then I want to scale it to 10" high together and then print the two parts.

I’m looking for someone who can do this fairly soon at a reasonable price.

I have some example CAD files I can purchase and send as a starting point. For instance:
starbucks coffee cup max
3dsmax starbucks cup

starbucks paper cup max

Thanks,
Akiva

@emmett97 @peerless @jarzayus are you able to help with this?

Sorry, I’m not able to help with that.

Thanks for getting back to me. Cheers

Hello Akiva. In case you’re wondering, I think the main issue will be your 10" height. As only perhaps 10-20% of 3D printers can make something that big. 8" is a typical maximum, although you can probably find someone who could do it on 3DHubs. Try these guys…

These guys all have printers that should be big enough to print your cup.

Thanks for the lead on the 3DHubs guys. I’ll definitely check them out. 8" should be fine in any case, because the cup will 8" and the lid 2" and will print separately.

The main thing is I need someone to CAD the two part assembly. Any takers?

Thanks!

Hi Akiva,

Sure. I’ll give it a go. Contact me via my hub. Click my name. Should take you there.

Cheers,

Andy

I can print large models go to 3dhubs.com/frankfort/hubs/jay. And upload the STL files.
